UHC Lead Nurture Campaign
In an effort to build trust with potential customers and remain top-of-mind for small business owners as they begin to evaluate their health plan needs, UHC launched a purely informational digital marketing campaign to provide the aforementioned small business owners with valuable information that can help them make more informed decisions while choosing their group health plans.
The campaign consisted of 9 topics relevant to small business health plans, sent via email to business owners in 30-day intervals. The emails led them to a microsite where the user could download a "deep dive" PDF of any of the 9 topics.
